Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the VG Game Booster app (referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, created by Velaro Global (referred to as the "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
Upon downloading or using the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. Please read and understand these terms thoroughly before using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorised copying or modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions is not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Service Modifications and Charges
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.
Your Responsibilities
The Application stores and processes personal data you have provided in order to deliver the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phone and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. Such actions could expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and may cause the Application to malfunction or cease working entirely.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services with their own Terms and Conditions:
Internet Connectivity
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi access or exhaustion of your data allowance.
If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms still apply. You may incur data charges, including roaming charges if applicable. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges.
Limitation of Liability
While the Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and accurate, they rely on third parties for certain information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss experienced as a result of relying entirely on the Application's functionality.
The Service Provider is also not responsible for your device running out of battery or any interruptions in service caused by factors outside their control.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application at any point. The Application is available as per the requirements of the operating system, which may change over time. You agree to accept updates when offered.
The Service Provider may also cease providing the Application and terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, all rights and licences granted to you will end and you must cease using and, if necessary, delete the Application from your device.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are advised to review this page regularly. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
